By creating an account or using Katha Kutty by Apple Story Club ("Katha Kutty"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Katha Kutty accounts are created and managed by a parent or legal guardian on behalf of their child. By registering, you confirm you are an adult authorized to make decisions for the child using the app.
Some content requires an active paid subscription after your free trial ends. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, are billed through Razorpay, and can be managed or cancelled from the Subscription screen inside the app. Prices, plans, and trial length may change with notice.
Coins earned through referrals have no cash value and can only be redeemed as a discount on a subscription inside the app, subject to the redemption options available at the time. We may adjust the referral program, redemption rates, or coin balances to correct errors or prevent misuse.
You agree to use Katha Kutty only for its intended purpose - listening to and enjoying content with your child - and not to attempt to copy, redistribute, or circumvent access controls on any content in the app.
All stories, songs, books, and other content in the app are owned by Katha Kutty or its licensors and may not be reproduced or distributed outside the app.
You may delete your account at any time from the Profile section. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the referral/coin system.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
